Chemmeen choru | Prawns rice
---------
Ingredients :
Jeerakashala rice / kaima rice / basmati rice - 2 cup, soaked in enough water for 20-30 minutes and drained
2. Prawns (medium or large) - 350g cleaned
3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt - To taste
4. Coconut oil - 5 tbsp
5. Ghee - 1 tbsp
6. Whole spices - cardamom - 2, cloves - 4, cinnamon stick - 2-3 inch
7. Onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Green chilly - 3, chopped
Curry leaves - A few
8. Tomato - 1 medium-small, chopped
9. Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp
10. Hot water - 3 cups
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cilantro / coriander leaves - 3 tbsp, chopped
Grated coconut - 1 cup
11. Salt - To taste

നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട് രാവിലെ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് സ്കൂളിലേക്ക് പരീക്ഷണമായി കുറച്ചു ഉണ്ടാക്കി കൊടുത്തു.സൂപ്പർ ആയിരുന്നു വൈകിട്ട് എല്ലാവര്ക്കുകൂടി രണ്ടാമതും ഉണ്ടാക്കി എളുപ്പ ത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം

ഇഷ്ടമായി 👌 ആവശ്യമുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ മാത്രം പറഞ്ഞു 👍🏻 അത്‌ കൊണ്ട് ബോറടിപ്പിച്ചില്ല 🌹 കണ്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ തന്നെ തിന്നാൻ കൊതിയായി 🤭 കണ്ടത് u ട്യൂബിൽ ആണെങ്കിലും ആ ചോറിന്റെ മണം ശരിക്കും അനുഭവിച്ചു ❣️
