Ingredients:
For Kofta -
Radish (mooli)- 500 grams
Besan - 1/4 cup
Carom seeds -1/2 tsp
Ginger -1/2 tbsp
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry:
Green chilli -3
Garlic - 15 cloves
Ginger - 3 inch
Onion -2
Tomato -2
Bay leaves -2
Cinnamon stick -2 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1 tsp
Onion (chopped)-1
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Black peppers - 8
Salt to taste

Maine hamesha se Loki (dudhi) ka kofta khaya he ye moli ka kofta 1st time dekh raha hu ise dekhne k baad aisa lag raha he k ham kisi bhi sabji ka kofta bana sakte he ❤️ ty dede.

Kabita, thanks so much for this recipe. Kudos to you for all the details and putting so much thought into the right combination of spices. The recipe was so easy to follow, even my husband (an American) could follow your instructions. The taste was great. My son said that it's the best mooli dish he's eaten by far! Well done!
