I need some help please. My pizza base doesn't get baked from the bottom as yours did, though it looks properly baked from the top. It looks the same as it did prior to baking from the bottom. Why is it so? I have an ifb microwave and bake it in convection mode for 15 mins at 180°

Your pizza base was awesome. I would like to add little more ingredients which are optional but improves the texture of the pizza base. Add a teaspoon or two of vital wheat gluten to make the gluten content upto 14%. It will make the pizza crust just like professional ones found in Italy. Add half teaspoon of garlic powder to half kilo flour while sifting it. It will improve the flavour of the crust. Rest everything remains same. Homemade pizza sauce is much superior than store bought ones.
