Ghee -2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Dal fry:
Pigeon peas (arhar/toor) dal- 1/2 cup
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/3 tsp
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Crispy Aloo Fry:
Potato(chopped)- 3
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli-2
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to tase
Paneer masala:
paneer -100 gm
Onion-1
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves (optional)
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/3 tsp
Roti/chapati:
Wheat flour (atta)- 1 cup
Salt -1/3 tsp
Raita:
Curd/yogurt -1/2 cup
Onion-1/4 cup
Tomato-1/4 cup
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Though chopping of onion,tomatoes require time, but the planning of the preparation and sequence is shown very nicely. Same fried onion tomato was used for dal n paneer, wow. Thanks for this video Kabitaji.
