Kyle - "Lots of Athletes use bands and chains in their training, today we cover how to setup and implement accommodating resistance. We want all athletes to get the most out of their training, this includes making sure you are safe but also having good carryover to your main barbell movements. Watch this video to see how and how not to set up. Extra considerations are line of resistance which may be much more important in band setup than chains, as chains will adjust on their to a slightly higher degree. The other big consideration is how much load you use, we suggest you measure your load with a scale (bands and Chains). If you pay attention to how many plates are on the bar you should also know exactly what resistance load is there. Now take what you have learned and go fine-tune your "fun work"!"
