In the above video, I have shown the original and genuine recipe of Kabuli pulao. Kabuli pulao is also called Afghani Pulao in several areas. This rice dish is made with fewer spices and beef. In namak mandi Peshawar this pulao is very famous due to its very unique salty and sweet flavour.

Tried this today. Had to go shopping so beef ko low flame py galny k liye rakh gae thi 😄 Then after coming back made it in under an hour. Just added a little bit extra salt. But it turned out amazing! Bilkul perfect recipe hai 👍 Thanks a lot for this! Each every tip is helpful.

Yes Brother, you are right basic afghani pulao ma tomato nahi dalty lakin mujhy without tomatos koi cheez acha nahi lagti . So I always used tomatos in pulao.
