ingredients:-
3 cup all purpose flour
6 boiled potato
salt to taste
1 tsp carrom seeds
1/4 cup ghee
1 tbsp oil
.50 gm green peas
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chop ginger
1 spoon chop green chilli
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 pinch asafoetida
