भाईसाहब, मेरे पूर्वज जो १९ वी शताब्दी मे थे तब तेल कच्चीघानी से ही निकालते थे लेकिन , हर महीने एक बार ताजा निकाला गया तेल ही उपयोग में लेते थे, बचे हुए पुराने तेल से गाय या कुत्ते को खिलाने वाला हलवा बना कर देते थे

Expellers se mustard 33 percent oil nikalta he, aap ne kachi ghani ka 25 percent bataya. Aise hi cold press ka bhi detail dijiye. Kachi ghani ka bhi 200 se 250 rs rate rakh kar business ho sakta 450 bahut zyada he.... processing cost to khali se nikal jaye gi...

Sirf woh dekhoge to yeh math chalega, lekin apni scale, efficiency etc ka bhi dekha padega. 130rs wala bade company bechte hai, jinke expeller machine main 1000 litre aaram se 1-2 ghante me ho jayega. Upar se milavat bhi karte hai, low quality, cheap raw material aur unka scale bahut bada hai, to sab bottle par 20-30rs profit kiya to bhi bahut paisa bana sakte hai voh. Unko yeh sab tel ke beej bhi ekdam saste me milte hain kyu kin voh poor quality ka lete hai, farmer ko bahut kam dete hai, aur 1000s of tons ek saath kharidte hai. Lekin common man aisa cold pressed ka shuru karta hai tho pure din main thode hi litre bana sakte hai, raw material zyada mehenga hai kyunki chote quantity me hi purchase kar sakte hai, phir customer acquisition cost bhi hoti hai, etc, etc

जरूर इनका दाम ज्यादा है, लेकिन क्या सिर्फ सरसों का दाम और उस का ऑइल जितना निकला वो ही गणित नहीं होता! अगर महीने का खर्चा 75000 है और अगर ये 1500 liter बनता है तो 50 रुपये लीटर तो सिर्फ खर्चा है, ये amazon पर बेचते है तो, packaging, courier का खर्च और commission पर लीटर 120 रुपये तक है, इस के बाद ये काम कर रहा है apno rakam laga ke तो 30 रुपये पर लीटर (45000) नहीं कमाएगा तो काम ही क्यूँ करेगा. In सब को जोड़े to 50+120+30 = 200/- liter to तेल के दाम मैं जुड़ेगा! शुद्ध तेल का ये है गणित! ये ही अगर कोई इटली की कंपनी सुन्दर bottles मैं package कर के 1000 रुपये मैं बेचती तो सब इठलाते और बताते जी हम तो फैलाना तेल ही खाते है, 1000 रुपये लीटर आता है

Thanks million , salute to this guy who is doing this business . We import petrol and also cooking oil . So need to reduce both , go electric and reduce oil in cooking and use good quality oil only . Thanks again to channel . Govt is doing great by encouraging farmers in farming seeds so that local production can increase , but we still import 60% of cooking oil . Great learning in this video . thanks again

कच्ची घनी के तेल में तेल निकालने के लिए 2 से 3 लीटर पानी डाला जाता है यह क्यों डाला जाता है कोल्ड प्रेस मशीन में पानी नहीं डालता है सीधा अनाज को पीसकर उसे दबाकर तेल निकलता है इसके बारे में विस्तार से बताओ उनके यहां पर भी कोल्ड प्रेस मशीन है तो वह कैसे उसे नाम रख सकते हैं

भाई तेल निकाल लेने के बाद उसकी खली भी तो बचती है जो सरसों से आधी कीमत पर बिकती है।उसकी cost भी तो कम करो तो 250 रुपए से ऊपर यह तेल नहीं होना चाहिए। और सरसों का रेट मार्केट में पचास रुपए किलो के लगभग है। आप 65 रुपए किलो गलत बता रहे है
