* Cumin powder (जीरा) - 1 + 1/2 TSP
* Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च) - 1/2 + 1/2 TSP
* Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
* Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) - 1/4 cup
* Mustard seeds (सरसों) - 1/2 TSP
* Fenugreek seeds (मेथी दाना) - 1/2 TSP
* Dry red chilli (सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 2
* Chopped coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
