Mutton Mince 1kg
Cooking Oil 1/2cup
Cumin 1tbs
Black Pepper Corns 14-15
Ginger Garlic Paste 2tbs
Tomato 4 Medium Size
Salt 1tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1.5tsp
Coriander Seeds Crushed 1tsp
Cumin Crushed 1tsp
Green Chilies 2 thinly chopped
Onion 3 Medium Sliced
Garnish:
Green Chilies
Green Coriander

We call it KHARAY MASALAY KA QEEMA. One thing if you sear any meat without oul your dish will always be pink in color n the end result will be very pleasant looking. You can add oil after searing without oil
