Kanchkolar kofta or Bengali raw banana Kofta curry, this is delicious Indian curry for those who are looking for no onion no garlic recipes, it tastes so yum, and if you follow a vegan diet, you can make this recipe too!
This dish requires a little it pre-work, such as boiling the vegetables, making koftas, etc. But with a little bit of planning, you can make-ahead the Koftas and the curry base, store them in the separate containers for your weeknight dinner.
