I love this concept. I’m looking for how to adjust the camera. It picks up motion from the kitchen window and porch. No birds yet… Any suggestions??

Sadly I have had this issue before. I am not sure why it happens honestly. I think the app needs an update myself.

Are you able to turn the camera on/off? No matter the position of the switch on the camera, I still get the video feed/notifications on the app, so it seems like it's permanently on

Do you know if this feeder is capable of streaming to KZfaq? I can't seem to find or figure out what the rtsp address is. Or even if there is one.

No, I dont recall any settings for that or any mention from the company about that.

I noticed after posting this video that mine didnt do this as well. It randomly saves some but not all. I think its an app issue myself but I could be wrong. It is pretty far from my WiFi so it might be my WiFi.

i set mine up fine then wanted to share it with my wife so i used the Share it feature. She received the app and i set it up for her but when i did that, it deleted my feeder so now she has it and i dont. There is a mandatory purchase of icloud . otherwise you wont be able to use it even though it has a TF card

My power went off two weeks ago and now I cannot get the camera back online. I have tried all the reset methods but when I stick the pin in the hole, it touches nothing is there anyway that I could contact you? I am so upset about this as I love the camera.

My solar panel does not charge my feeder camera. I am unable to locate a contact to find out why.

Do you have the solar panel plugged into the camera? Also, do you have the feeder oriented so that the solar panel gets plenty of sunshine? Also, if you sent an invitation to someone else to view it, and they are utilizing it, you may not be seeing an accurate charge % showing if you and the other viewer haven't both closed the app.

I've had my feeder up since May and it worked well until July 11. But since I can see no playback. Bird detection and live stream still work. App is up to date and camera has been restarted. Any ideas why playback stopped working?

How do you prevent squirrels from eating all the bird seed with the mount on a fence or tree?

The manual says to set the motion light to come on, but I never did that because I figured it would scare the birds away. Honestly tho I don't think I saw a squirrel on my camera that I remember tho. It might just be my area tho, not a lot of trees around my home.

When you scan the barcode how do you do that??

check your phones brightness and also remove any screen protectors, that can sometimes block the scan. But outside of that, once the barcode is showing on the phone screen, just scan it with the camera and it should do the rest instantly.

Everything is ok. The production is good. The application is ok. The camera battery is good.

You can just take the camera unit inside to recharge it.

You can take the camera out.. there’s a screw with a piece of plastic on the backside of the camera. This review isn’t very helpful

The only thing I can think of is if you able to mount it on a metal pole that the mouse cant climb... but I feel like that could even climb that lol.

All I had to do was point my cell phone up to the camera!!!!!!!!!! I kept thinking I had to point the QR code to the camera.

A family member purchased this feeder but can’t get it to sync to her phone. I’ve tried it on different phones following the steps properly. It just won’t connect. Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

please confirm that one has downloaded the right App, f scan the QR code on the product or manual to download the right app, only 2.4Ghz wifi is available, 5G is not workable.

Same issue here. It will not show up on the Bluetooth list so it isn’t pairing. Really frustrating

When the barcode shows on the iPhone or iPad put the phone or iPad up to the bird feeder camera. You may need to move closer or further away to get the bird feeder camera to recognize the bar code. It may be easier to take the camera out of the feeder to do this. Make sure you have used the paper clip to reset the camera. The reset hole is labeled sync and is located on the top of the camera next to the power plug. The sync will only work on the old 2.5 WiFi. It will not work on the 5 WiFi. Also make sure the usb is unplugged during setup. Follow the video step by step it is a life saver.

No you cannot. Not sure if you can with any of them. Might need to make a custom one to live stream on KZfaq like that.

My motion sensor is not working well. At the first week I received a lot of alarms of birds visiting the feeder, but stopped days ago and I realized that the sensor is not working. Can someone help me?

I've sadly notice the same issue recently. I'm hoping it's an software issue and they can fix it with an update.

Ours worked for 2 weeks, battery died solar panel did not charge, and battery won't charge, been on charger for 3 days, it's at 4% and won't move

The sync is a hole on the top of the camera to the left of the power plug. Use the enclosed paper clip tool to do the reset. Push the clip in, count to 5, remove it. The camera should make a tone and light up.

can anyone help me with setting this up? the battery is fully charged and I downloaded the app but I do not get a blinking red light on the camera and it will not pair with my blue tooth. the directions say there is a re-set button but there really is no button to press. I do have the correct GHz.

I believe the reset button is a tiny hole that you need to press with like a paperclip that's near the SD card.

The material used in the feeder is cheep, brittle polystyrene. Mine came with the base broken where the right side of the metal perch attached to the feeder. Should have purchased a metal feeder. The app has a low rating, and the AI is only about 50% accurate. The manual is terrible.

Your instructions are not helpful. You tell us to switch it on yet you don’t show a close up on exactly how to do that. The instructions should say to remove the ope rubber protector. The instructions from the company are useless

It's literally a switch that you slide on top of the camera.

Another viewer said the TF card doesn’t work. They stated you MUST purchase the cloud. Not sure! The manual said maximum of 128MB SD card. Also, THE CARD MUST BE INSERTED WITH THE POWER OFF! The camera may not recognize the card otherwise!
