I have stayed in Bengaluru for three years. Never felt the pressure to learn Kannada as Kannadigas are very hospitable. Recent years, I have started watching many Kannada movies right from Lucia. A big fan of KGF too. But, this is the first time I feel like learning Kannada to appreciate the beauty of the language. Soulful lyrics. Kudos to the team.

Being from Karnataka itself I feel Bangalore is a very rude place. Their tone when talking is very harsh. The same is with Mandya and Hassan people. I have to visit the city many times a year but if given the option , I prefer not to. If Bangalore had people of the coast, I'd happily visit it many times a year.

This song tells the story if we can decode this way Kadalu is jail, which is so vast and you can't survive alone Mugilu is manu Kirana is Priya, who can just ask can I come but can never go with him, but later she can meet and touch him from outside, could never join the sea Doni is hope of getting out of jail, which later fades away She further asks 'Naave kanda kanasu enale?' Because both of them knew Manu's dream before he goes in and last line says 'Adake ninna hesara idale' which means, she asks should I blame only you, because you took the decision.

I am obssessed with all things about this movie...I am unable to get it out of my head ...and i dont want it to! Instant classic , being telugu guy I yearn for the old classic love stories and the feeling of longing they bring Hemanth Rao has really created something he can be proud for his life ... It instantly creates a bridge of movies and songs in your mind that made you feel the same before ... Jersey, Andala rakshasi and old classics like prema desham , kamals maro charithra ..its not a flawless movie but its efficient in making you fell the longing

This movie is Habba for those who like metaphors in movies…the lift scene when they go for house hunting …ticking sound when they meet in prison for the first time…blood spilling on cloth which is blue colour… and parallel sequences towards climax where Manu bursts out physically but Priya is undergoing same but emotionally
