The 5 world's (JP, Resource, EN, ID, and this "New Server") are all hosted on the same server and linked through portals. That's how the Multi-World and MWPortals server add-ons work. Notice how they don't need to log out back to the main Minecraft menu and change servers? That's because there's only 1 server with 5 linked worlds. The only separate dedicated server is the sports fes (which is a copy of the JP world), which is only because they expect to have 50+ concurrent members, but also need to minimize lag for the events by basically clearing any machines or entities unrelated to the event (ping for EN members on the other side of the world is an entirely different problem that they can't really solve).

@@dragonbretheren Usaken Summer Festival as well needs its own dedicated server as well if like every Hololive member participates. The lag is also unbearable. Remember the year when Kaicho was part of it?

@@NarutoSakura1 SummerFest is actually done on the same server as everything else. That's how people are able to bring their own resources (e.g. Kaela bringing a stack of diamond blocks to use as scaffolding), and how people are able to take home souvenirs, such as the player heads from the mask booth, enchanted gear from Kaela's fight ring, etc. Even though the SummerFest has all of the members online at once, there's nothing timing-dependent that intense server lag will break in the same way as the PVP or races in SportsFest.

I think that have a problem. 1. Villagers HP have limit, he is gonna die 2. Wait until nigth, thats a problem

Right click on them and they will follow for a few steps.

For number 2 u can use bell instead waiting for the night... ringing the bell and villagers will run to their bed think there is a raid.

The bed trick is hard to do in server with lots of players tbh. Water source one works well for short distance moving, room to room move.

@@AndersHass she did mention the 13" laptop had Iris XE. its "okay" but definitely not gaming grade especially compared to her PC-chan.

@@pugotuknene Iris Xe is definitely better than previous Intel integrated GPU but I think AMDs old Vega is about the same and now they use RDNA 2 and 3 which are way better. It is also likely it has few GPU compute units given the form factor (not much room for cooling), so understandable she is having performance issues.

@@AndersHass Vega and Iris XE has more or less same performance. but yeah atleast she still had the willpower to game on that. I myself am saving up for a zephyrus g14 for on-the-go so i wont have these issues outside lol

Using rails is easier and causes less lag, but it's actually a _lot_ less compact and you need to be careful about chunk loading. Using minecarts means that each floor ends up 5-6 blocks tall instead of 3-4, and you can actually end up with stuck minecarts if the whole track doesn't (un)load at the same time. You don't actually need either though. The villagers will try to pass items to each other, and you can make use of this behavior to make the villagers deliver everything themselves. The JP server actually makes use of this the farm near the Shikemura trading hall, that one is just a single floor of farms but the pattern can be stacked as many floors as you want.

@@GremlinSciences Interesting comment. Kind a rare 🤜🤛 True. Chunkload was the problem. You could use fishing rod to made the minecart running again. Another work huh 🤣. Use 1 station to collect all the item is enough for every 2 floor of wheat farm. The wheat/seeds will not despawn. Just connect the 2 rail track under both of the farm. (Small size farm) 2 villagers system for potato and carrot was working really well, but it got problem with wheat. The farmer keep converting the wheat into bread, because they were thirsty to breeding. 🤣 I hate the mix between bread and wheat in "wheat farm". First, give 9 stack of seeds to the farmer and they will not collecting any wheat. That's when hopper cart will do the works. You could naming 7 seeds in anvil(seed 1, seed 2, seed 3 until seed 7), and give 2 stacks of seeds to stop them from taking the wheat and converting to bread. Well, 1 chunk loader for the entire island doesn't hurt the server i guess. Thank you for listening my TED talk. 🤝
