Good to see Kaffe Fassett...I've loved your work for years.A great inspiration.Kantha has its origins in India It is an ancient art .Kantha is Sanskrit for rags.The art originates many centuries ago.This art has NEVER used hoops! Kantha was a means of people to mend their clothing and other fabrics.
