What a life, to be so close to the mountains and to be able to control his body, mind, and experience that adrenaline rush almost daily. In 1970 when I was in ninth grade I joined a weekend ski club to learn skiing. Only two of us quickly became good skiers - me and little Peter, a third grader who was short for his age. So we would ski the harder hills together. His smallness made the moguls seem distant and his great power to weight ratio allowed him to do amazing things while being able to shake off any hit.

Regardless of age, there is something different about Kai from most of the other pro skiers out there. Like I don't know exactly what it is but he's just got so much style and creativity and stoke like he's just so excited for every single turn. It is just so special to see and it makes me just wanna go send it, even though my home resort only has 400 ft of vert. Truly a special skier.

@@c_semm_shredz I'm more so just talking about his overall style, line choice, etc. Obviously, he's not like video game perfect yet because he's 13, but he's so far beyond almost every skier out there besides a select few. Also, his landings look like he's gonna crash because he's going absolutely massive. Most people can't even imagine hitting the cliffs and airs that he's hitting.

@@ErikFullmer I know all about Kai and who his dad and uncle are, but there is just something so special about this kid.
