I stayed at "Kai Beppu."
This is a wonderful onsen ryokan in Oita, Japan.
I booked a special room for $230 with an early bird discount.
The concept of this ryokan is to recreate a onsen town inside the building.
This ryokan was designed by Kengo Kuma, one of Japan's leading architects.

벳부에 좋은 호텔이 생겼군요. 아주 오래전에 벳부에 가보았는데 정말 좋았어요. 다음번에 벳부갈때는 이곳으로 가야겠습니다. 항상 잘 보고있습니다 너무 멋져요. 내 꿈의 영상들이에요😊

Speaking from the standpoint of a graphic designer, I can understand the concept behind the design of the hotel. The use of bamboo as a signature throughout the hotel, even the door to the room are made from bamboo veneer, the water for cleanness or renewing, and the color scheme throughout the hotel reflecting calmness of nature, and what a view of the bay. Beautifully designed, well throughout. Thank you for showing the other side of Japan in a more contemporary style. Take Care and God bless. 🙏🙏🙏

I took many hot spring baths while looking at the ocean. The private hot springs were nice, but the spacious ones were also great.♨️

Hallo aus der Nacht in Bayern, ich habe mir gerade Ihr überwältigend schönes Video angeschaut , es ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben wie toll dieses Ryokan ist. Sehr gefällt mir die Architektur und der Blick über das Meer ist überragend. Eines ist für mich klar, wenn ich in Ihrem schönen Land bin , werde ich mir die Zeit nehmen und ein Onsen Hotel besuchen. This is the best time of year to travel in Japan. The weather is neither hot nor cold, and the number of travelers is less than during the year-end and New Year holidays, early May, and mid-August. However, I was surprised to see 80,000 yen.😸

I had the same request as you. Unfortunately we are not able to purchase a room in this ryokan, but there are apartments and houses with hot springs in Beppu.😄♨️

Do you mean the stools and buckets in the large bathrooms? People who take a bath sit on that stool and use the bucket. Then they wash their face and body.😀
