Inflocent Productions he still looks pretty much the same except for a couple wrinkles, but his biggest change lookswise occurred somewhere between S5 and S6 of TVD, his physique has changed cuz he has put on some muscle. And grew some facial hair. No more baby faced Kai, he was my favorite lol

Yes, me too. As for me, his beard and moustache are not us good as his clear young face. But I love Kai not (only) because his body, but because of his soul. And yes, Kai has a soul, despite anybody says something different (including Julie Plec)

👏👏👏 Bravo! Kai deserved so much better. He was such an iconic and clever character. Eventually he did sacrifice for his family and was an overall underrated character. Idk why he wasn't more loved

It’s not his girlfriend, he hadn’t love her. He forgot about her when he come out from the prison world. She was just for sex and for doing some things to help Kai get put from the prison world. He used her. No love, no girlfriends. More then, there’s some theories that Kai is gay or a bi because his merge was with his gay brother Luke.
