Authentic Kerala Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Water -2 cups
or
Water -2 cups & 1 cup coconut milk
Salt -1/2tsp
Coconut Oil -1/2tsp
Method
Take idiyappam powder and 1 cup of coconut milk and mix it . Add 1 cups of water and mix. On low flame stir the dough till the consistency is porridge consistency then to a dough consistency.
Once the dough is cold put it in the mould and steam the idiyappams.
Enjoy !!!

ഇന്ന് ഈ രീതിയിലാണ് ഇടിയപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. ഇങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയാൽ എങ്ങനായി തീരും എന്ന് ഒരു പേടിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.എന്നാലും ചേച്ചിയുടെ റെസിപ്പി ആയതു കൊണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കി. അടിപൊളി ആയിരുന്നു. നല്ല സോഫ്റ്റ്‌ ഇടിയപ്പം ആയിരുന്നു.പിന്നെ തേങ്ങ ഇട്ടായിരുന്നു

Hi Veena, it didn’t come out good for me. It took such a long time for the liquid content in the flour to get dry(vaatan), then when i tried pizhiyan it got stuck in the holes nd bcame a flop. I took the same amount of water nd flour as u mentioned
