Whether he was in the place of his element or not, hey may have reached his true potential and at his highest state, but Cole’s true potential remains the strongest, Cole is the strongest in base form and his true potential only boosts it. Kai’s true potential doesn’t have anything over the others. Jay’s speed was boosted and he got teleportation and still remains the fastest out of all of them, and you can’t say flight because he also got that ability. The only thing Kai had that the others didn’t was the force field.

@@kastenedwards1217 It doesn’t matter if we don’t know everything their True Potential forms are able to accomplish, Cole, physically, is the strongest, he always has been and always will be because of his elemental abilities, and his connection to the Earth, that’s what makes him Cole in the series. Potential doesn’t equal power

Who stayed on the team sacrificed himself multiple times got his powers back first to learn dragons rising firm defeated two generations of smoke and pretty much took down morrow without his powers multiple times

Kia literally defeated a buffed ice dragon from Corrupted zane using his true potential something jay or the other couldn’t do and literally save the green ninja from the volcano also something that jay couldn’t do

A speed and strength element If u unleash the full power of those 2 Lightning will give its user a big boost in terms of speed Fire will give its user a smaller boost of speed and a kinda decent strength. And if we add their physical abilities kai is physically stronger than jay. So this is why he gets strength
