0:00 - The Great Set Up

5:40 - Activating a "spell" card

9:00 - OK we get the Point (fast-forwarding)

10:28 - Point Overflow (Music changes LP loop back around)

I am a huge fan of bugs and glitches in games. That was very satisfying to watch. If you pulled Exodia at the end, it would have been like sprinkling salt over an already exceptional dish. 👍

I got the idea from a game I played with Kaiba where I got the attack so high it looped back around. Just before this video, I did another video showing off that idea except I stop right before it loops around so I'd have the highest attack I could get without causing an overflow and looping back around. I got that idea partially from the overflow bug I found with cards in the hand past 16 cards. Everything after 16 cards loops back around to the first card which causes some rather interesting bugs which was what I used here to cause that bug to play the spell over and over again to get life points.

It's sound that the game was hacked after all and i don't count it as a real duel.

Wasn't hacked but rather I was using a glitch in the game that let me play the same card over and over again (hands over 16 cards have issues in this game). I sped up the recording for a section of it as it was over 2 hours of playing the exact same spell card over and over again. Was it a real duel? I guess that depends on perspective. It was real in a sense everything done here is possible to reproduce without external tools, but not real in that a normal duel wouldn't allow you to keep playing the same card over and over again. Moreso just to show how high the life point counter can go before it loops back around (integer overflow).

Yes, finally did one for St. Patrick's Day with Joey and there should be other one on the channel here with Yugi. I'd link it, but KZfaq seems to block most comments with links, so best I can do is say it's somewhere in the Yugioh Playlist I have on my channel. Any easy way to find it is click the information card on the top right of one of my videos. There should be a link there to the playlist.

Unfortunately despite this essentially being abandonware at this point, it hasn't been re-released by Konami and there's no legal way I can share this copy of the game nor any way to link to a downloadable copy. Putting any links here usually just results in the comment being blocked anyway.
