Just a reminder, Kafka is twice the age of Shinomiya.

That fight between Kafka and Hoshina was insane! Kafka clearly held back in order not to hurt the vice-captain but still, it was insanely cool to see Hoshina go all out. The "big brother - little sister" relationship between Kafka and Shinomiya is sweet, how they care for each other. Mina taking pics of Hoshina was hilarious, reminded me of Jujutsu Kaisen, how Gojo likes trolling Megumi and the other students. That team dinner turning into a huge argument/discussion between everyone was so wholesome, actually bonding over the mission they've been through, learning from each other. Kafka getting promoted to full officer was by far the best part of the episode, how everyone cheered for him. We can already see he is an essential element in the 3rd Division. Seeing Hoshina do mental imagery training - the way he moves, the precision, agility - no wonder Kafka was in awe of him, Hoshina is an absolute beast. This episode ended in such a crazy way! We're introduced to another humanoid kaiju and you just know episode 9 will be fire. Thank you for the exciting reaction ❤
