I really appreciate how none of the other Defense Force trainees are unlikable in this show. Furuhashi could've just been another Bakugo, but he showed how much of a real one he was in this episode.

They all pretty wholesome so far except Shinomya being a jerk to Kafka at the start for a moment. But even that didn’t last long, it was mainly the car moment and then some teasing and now they are buddies. Mina likely has some reason why she’s acting so cold towards Kafka (more than just being a superior officer I mean) and I’m looking forward to finding about more about it.

I can't begin to tell u on the amount of SHIT they cut in Bleach and many others as well that I seen but Bleach on the other hand and don't know if u watch them watch Bleach or not but its bad since they cut out so much even tho episodes are basically only 25mintues with out Intro's and Outro's as well

Alejandro is the EN voice actor for Kajiu No.9?!?! I thought I heard about him voicing a character in here but I didn't know which one. We have Nazeeh for No. 8 and Alejandro for No. 9, I wonder who they will get for the other numbered kaiju.

14:12 “I can’t believe his eyes opened” lmfao 💀 It’s been a while but I think at this point the limiters were meant to handicap themselves in order to improve without relying fully on the suits. Imagine just hitting 100%, you’ve basically peaked, you’ve hit your ceiling. Although there is a *very* specific way to go beyond that even, but that’s spoiler territory.

I think the Captain Class Officers limit their output for two reasons. 1) They don't need to be full strength constantly. 2) They can't really sustain it for too long. Being at 90% for extended time strains the body.

No. 9 did ask Kafka why he was getting in the way of another kaiju. He was surprised but given the way he acted when his own head was knocked off, he doesn't get visibly surprised.

Loved your reaction as always. You should watch society of the snow. It's a great movie and I would love to hear what you have to say about that one. If you do watch it I recommend the original language with subtitles, the acting was amazing.

I wouldn't say a couple years. He was doing voice work before he was a Vtuber. He's been in the anime dubbing business for almost a decade now. He wasn't doing any major roles until around 2017/18, but that's still at least six or seven years now.
