I hate the sisters, they make no sense in the classic: "alien monsters are invading the world and the only way to stop is giant robots!" and why are they worshipping them in the first place? how could they be controlled by the precursor's. Pacific rim isn't and wasn't about witchery in uprising and the OG it was about aliens invading earth with giant monsters. Magic doesn't exist in pacific rim, might aswell write in fucking precursor knights and Kaiju dragons.

It's not magic at all, the Sisters have a mental connection to the precursors and the kaiju by utilizing stolen drift tech from fallen jaegers. Exact same thing as when Newt drifted with a kaiju. The difference being that the sisters willingly gave up their minds. And I'm sure you think kaiju Worshipers seem unrealistic but come on, some humans are pretty stupid, if giant monsters started appearing in the real world people would certainly try the same shit as the sisters, it's just a matter of whether they'd get away with it, and in this show, the sisters clearly did

Buddy the kaiju worshippers were a thing SINCE the first film 💀, this franchise just never bothered to further elaborate on that concept til this season. Stop complaining pacific rim has more going on in it's lore than giant robots vs monsters, there is a underworld to pacific rim, the first film made that very clear. How did you miss this? Love it when people just call anything magic when they don't understand it 😅
