Kailyn loved everything in the video. If you are able, try laying on you back either on the floor or bed with your legs up against a wall or headboard for 10 minutes. This works very well for restless legs, swollen legs, varicose veins, anxiety, helps with sleep and relaxing. I hope you get feeling better, you look beautiful. Ask your doctor if you can wear compression stockings that will help with the varicose veins. Also helps to prevent them from getting worse or more developing. A friend of mine had six children and had to wear compression stockings all the time after pregnancy.

I had the same pelvic issue with my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy! It’s so painful! There were times I felt like I had been kicked between the legs on the front bone part! Hang in there! Thankfully it goes away after delivery! ❤

Yay for Dollar General finds! I always feel a little guilty when I love something in there, but every once in awhile they really get it right! I’m always eyeing the clearance vases in there for a DIY. Your garden sign is super cute. I’ll have to see if my little DG has it.

The feeling you're getting in your legs that makes you need to move around is called Restless Leg Syndrome. Folic acid will help . Tell your Dr. about it . I had with both of my pregnancies. My mother had it when she was pregnant with me.
