I don't think kairi or even onic wanted to change the meta, its just onic performs better when kairi is on assassin than utility. So its more of a comfort draft on them whatever the meta is.

exactly bro. in the previous tournament he's being forced to adjust to tank jungler because either enemy team banned his main during draft phase or tank jg are better pick at that time. but today is different since moonton buffed assassins in the latest patch notes.

They can try using assassin all they want but in international tournament they should think about it because it doesn't mean it works in Indo it will work also outside it.

Lmao you tryna say that they should follow the meta when they've been adapting to the meta all along, and where does it get them? Nowhere, except for the msc,and you'll probably still say that it's because utility jungle is the one dominating most of the time and win the m series etc2, but just because it works for them, doesn't mean it works for others right?¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ Everybody got their own playstyle, and tbh I personally prefer it like this, this way we can see how each playstyle got their own pros and cons, and not just 1 meta dominating in most of the tournaments, and reminder the one time onic got a comeback against ap bren is kairi using Nolan, and for me that one win is the one that gets them the 3-0 at that time even though they didn't win in the end

TO GET BACK THE ASSASIN META IS TO WEAKEN THE SUPPORT HERO. SO THE DPS HERO WOULD ALSO BE WEAKEN. THERE ARE MANY SUPPORT HERO THAT STILL META NOW. MATILDA, ANGELA, FARAMIS, MINOTAUR. STILL HARD TO COUNTER THIS SUPPORT.

If y'all think that using assasins in this new boring ass jungler tank meta is easy then u are crazy or u have mastered all macro micro that your enemy use, cause it's too hard to joining the war using assasins hero when the enemy has the tank jungler unless you kidnapp all of the enemy's backline damage dealer (mm & mage) especially in Indonesia who has one of the best (if not the best) mechanics teams in all mlbb competition, and yes we sonic & onic e-sport literally bored for this boring ass tank meta, if y'all don't believe me then check the official onic e-sport account, they literally said that tank meta is so boring even some of em mlbb legends (oura, watt, emperor, r7, & antimage) said that this new tank meta is so boring when then they see kairi using assassins they started to cheer him up like, "finally there's someone brave enough to use assassins when this boring meta is happening rn.

Glad Kairi is back in his assassins. but this just proves his VERSITALITY as a Jungler META WISE is MID TIER. I DONT MEAN DISRESPECT HERE. i too as a SOLOQer needs to learn a couple of assassins to rank up in regards to the current META.
