This week, on the 100th episode of Trading Secrets, Jason is joined by someone who is not only a massive entrepreneurial success, but also someone who is one of his most important and favorite people in the world, Kaitlyn Bristowe!
Many came to know Kaitlyn dating back to 2015 where she gained recognition as a contestant on the 19th season of The Bachelor. That same year she was elected as the 11th Bachelorette where
she had one of the more unique scenarios of being on the first season with two bachelorettes to kick off a season. Since then, Kaitlyn has gone on to launch her mega successful podcast Off the Vine, with over 140 million downloads, has co-hosted of multiple seasons of The Bachelorette
and won season 29 of Dancing with the Stars all while running multiple successful businesses including Spade & Sparrows, Dew Edit, and many more. It’s not hard to recognize that Kaitlyn has shown what it takes to have the entrepreneurial success in today’s world.

If I could give Jason any unsolicited advice it's that he doesn't change his interview style based on his subject at all. He has the same tone, same delivery, same game-show(ish) appraoch to the pre-written questions. You'd never know he was even engaged to Kaitlyn based on this interview. Being conversational or loose or adjusting based on who you're talking to is key.

This is great feedback, thank you for insight. Part of the issue with this becomes time, we are really trying to capture sooo much within one’s story in such a short period of time. Guests typically only appear on the show once so it makes the small talk conversational tough with respect to time! That said, I will 100p try this out.

@@Jason_Tartick yeah I get it. It’s tough and it’s new and you’re experimenting. I’m a big listener of Howard Stern and he can shift from Barbara Walters to blue humor at the drop of a dime. I realize comparing anyone to Stern is unfair but it might be helpful as an example just to get ideas. Thank you for being kind in your response.

Jason is so good at this. He's more open than I expected him to ever be. I like that he's trying to make Kaitlyn more transparent. I think we learn from it. If some are jealous, that's their problem.

WOAH!!!!!! I relate to Kaitlyn on all levels! I’m 24 and just got my first salary position but my mom still pays my rent and I know I can always fall back on her and I feel a lack of confidence being able to make it on my own and be able to create an abundant higher way of living. Like I could make it on my own with roomies ya know. Anyways, now I’m going to look into my coping skills because Kaitlyns words are so motivating to me! I’m realizing I do feel like I can always rely on others if worst case scenarios come up. Also lived with a guy I was dating and he ended up paying for most things cause I didn’t have as much money! Very inspiring to know Kaitlyn was able to shift her energy and empower herself by doing it on her own and now be making bank. Honestly gives me hope and reasons to look inward and maybe go to therapy

Looking forward to part 2! 🫶 21:21 has Kaitlyn checked her B vitamin levels lately? Specifically B12 for memory? And B1 Thiamine? I was recently listening to another podcast she was on and she said she gets very irritable especially around a certain time of the month. Alcohol consumption depletes everything but a B1 deficiency can be the culprit🍷 Highly recommended nutritional yeast and a B-Complex supplement! (I take them myself)☺️ Hope this doesn’t come across the wrong way just concerned 🤍
