No you will not get dds if you only give exams and no university. You will be bds with licence to practice. For DDS joining university compulsory..

You require degree and registration of your degree so for that in most countries 1 year internship/housejob should be completed.

First you need not do MDS to be successful. BDS practice works in India. Second yes you can do MPH in UK or Canada or any other country. Currently MPH job situation is a bit bad. So you can opt for MHA or any other field in which you are interested. First you need to decide if you planning to settle abroad or in India. Then which country let's you settle there easily or you have relatives to help you transition. Currently Canada is easier with PR. Third the course and type of job you would like to do there. (Job opportunities available in that country) Fourth find universities for the same and their requirements. Also see the university helps with job placement.

Usually, those planning to settle in Canada start their PR process simultaneously. If that is taking time you can get a visit visa (tourist) and go and give the exam. I would suggest taking the help of a counsellor with the PR process.

BDS degree enough is you applying for after BDS route..

No you can't do masters directly. You will have to go through the DDS route explained.

Currently there are enough jobs for dentists in Canada. But they might not be at the center of cities you have to be willing to move to outskirts a bit.

I don't think you can do masters in dental subjects there directly. You first have to be a registered dentist there.

27 masters programs (around 7-8 universities) across Canada and USA require ADAT exam to apply. It is not AFK. ADAT not required in most universities. You can check their website.

Hi loan is usually given only to permanent residents and citizens not to foreigners. So till you get a pr would be difficult to get one there. Getting one in India is difficult because of the maximum amount they would give for studies abroad.
