SAPPORO - Coolest city in the world? Deep pow and city life all in one sign me up

This winter we spent a good chunk of time in this insane city. Two million people live in this snowy place and a short car ride away you have untouched powder, everywhere. Feels unreal. no other people in the slopes. A dream come true. We did it all this trip; skied pow, onsen, sushi, vintage shopping, clubbing, light ceremonies, hot chef, umeshu, yep, you name it we most likely did it. And we still didn't have enough. I never wanted to leave. 10/10 recommend this crazy place. Cant wait to go back.

Sapporo is cool but you guys should check out Asahikawa next. Lots of smaller local resorts around there that are hidden gems.

we where there in early february! I would say january and february is the best time to go for powder snow :)
