I made my version of Asadong Matua, Porkbelly stewed in tomatoes, calamansi, chicken liver and soy sauce.

Capampangan asado is marinated with calamansi and soy sauce. Yan ang luto talaga nyan. And it definitely has tomatoes or tomato sauce, depending on your preference.
