Ingredients List सामग्री
First we prepare Sugar Syrup

Take Sugar- 2 Cup in a Pan
Water- 2 Cup
Let the Sugar melt on medium flame
Cardamom- 2
Nirbhe Jal Natural Saffron
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
In 5 min Sugar Syrup is ready
Check the Sugar Syrup consistency
Switch off flame and Cover by Lid
Make Dough

Milk Powder - 1 Cup
Sooji/ Rava - 1 tbsp
All Purpose Flour / Maida मैदा - 2 tbsp
Ghee / Oil - 1 tbsp
Baking Soda - 2 pinch
Milk - 1 Cup
Add milk in batches and make dough
Kala Jamun Stuffing
==================
Add Chopped Pista
Add finely Chopped Cashew Nut
Add finely Chopped Almonds- 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder- 1 /4 tsp
Saffron water - 1 tbsp
Mix well
Kala Jamun Stuffing is ready
fill the stuffing and make smooth balls
Take sufficient Cooking Oil

Love to follow your recipe regularly. I hav a humble request if you don't mind. If you could cut your nails n not use nail polish. It's because most of the time you use your fingers to knead / mix ingredients ... I guess you understand the health hazards because of the chemicals in the nail enamel Hope I hav not offended you. Absolutely amazing. I made some following the instructions and it came out exactly ike the ones in the shops. Also, this is my first attempt at cooking anything. I'm not a seasoned kitchen person.
