Thank you for sharing such a informative video. I too am planning the same here in Darjeeling but would like to know the price difference in erecting a concrete pillar v Steel beam. Composite steel flooring v concrete flooring. Kindly help me understand the difference.

Since deck sheets are not available in our area can i use normal roofing sheets used in normal house like Tata roofing sheets

How much it costs to construct a 30x40 - 1200 sqft. Just the metal structure and roofing.

for a 240sqft I spent 4L

@@Kalaakaar-in i don't understand. This means around 1650/sqft. Plus we need to spend on walls and all other construction items which will end up at Rs. 2500/sqft

@@madanmuralia9781 For a ballpark figure you can divide 1650sqft by 240sqft. which comes to 6.8times. So the total cost of your construction might comes to 28L.

This is very wrong.. you are doing a lot of harm to the workers and giving wrong message.. please ensure the safety of the workers first.. i mean safety belt , safety rope , safety shield, safety gloves , job holding clamps , apron, safety helmet... india has abundance of workers , that doesn't mean they should be worked in safety less environment.
