I cant get mine to cycle for anything and I was so happy when I got the ks12

Mine cycles everything if the ammo is crimped properly. Turkey loads cycle perfect on the 1 setting. You may need to buy the 1-6 gas upgrade plug.

@@Sandwich420 Where can I find the 1-6 upgrade. Mine wont cycle anything. Was happy when I bought it. Disappointed the first time out with it.

I’ve had my KS12 Komrad for about half a year now and I know your manual says not to shoot buckshot and slugs on Low but they don’t cycle on High, are you guys talking about even more powerful loads cause I typically use 2 3/4 shells.

I usually relegate 1500fps and above to the high setting

I couldnt get 1400fps shells to cylce on low. I set it to high and it ran great i have the homrad k12 not sure if thats why or not.

My shotgun also failed to cycle under the same circumstances.

I have an Arsenal SGL 31-61 and a Fime Sgl-12. I've taken a look at the KS-12 and the machining on parts like the bolt carrier etc are definitely American quality. I'd like to try some of your magazines out too.

What if it says low and high instead of one and two, the gun when I purchase this set on one i depressed the pin in and turned it clockwise deeper into the threading to get to number 2 but it stops before that and bottoms out so how do you set it on setting 2 , do you have to back it out counterclockwise and is that the proper position for to where you see a little gap between the threads and the gas tube...

My KS 12 isn’t cycling 1400 on high, it’s not coming back all the way and there are metal shaving in the action and visible wear on the bolt carrier and action. Should I send it to you guys? It’s still under warranty

Update, I didn’t clean my gun. Cycles fine now. K-USA makes a damn fine shotgun

Does anyone know if a CSS Performance Gas Plug Regulator will work with the KS-12T. It is a Saiga 12 part so I suspect it should.

My gas block bottoms before setting 1 gets to the detent, so when i rotate it counter clockwise from bottomed out, setting 2 is the first to detent. Do I then continue to setting 1, or leave it at setting 2?

dont know if you found out alredy but this is from the manual for the gun ''Thread the regulator all the way down until it stops, then back off to the setting for the shot shells you will use. ''

So I just purchased a KS12T and I am only going to use 00buck so the gun came set to L and manual says set to H when i did that there is play in the adjusting nut and now I hear something rattling in the gun, when I set it back to L the play is gone and so is the rattle is this normal?

I can’t even get mine to turn either direction and have been trying for 2 days. I guess I need to take it somewhere and have someone pull it apart. I see there is these hand turn knobs you can buy that don’t require the tool. May need to buy that I guess.

Are you making sure the detent is depressed while turning?
