Some real bargains there Kaleb….probably with some sad 😢 stories behind them too. Would always change floor coverings and refresh paint etc so would not deter us. May have been some umm creative wiring on the first one. Thanks for showing us around. 👍🇬🇧

The stairs leading to the apartment looks like it needs repairs. Did the appt had a water damage , all the floorings were torn out.
