Eid Al-Adha Special Kaleji Masala Recipe ✨
Episode-1
Ingredients-
400g liver
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
1/2cup oil
2 onions
1 tsp cumin seeds
3-4 cloves
2 small cinnamon sticks
10-12 whole black pepper
1 star anise
1/2 cup water
Coriander leaves
RECIPE
Soak liver pieces in water and vinegar for 10-15 min and then wash it water and strain it.
Marinate liver pieces with ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste and above mentioned dry spice and let it sit for 15-20 mins.
Fry onions in oil with whole dry spices in pressure cooker till light golden then add marinated liver pieces and cook till oil separates.
Add water and pressure cook till 3 whistles (do not overcook)
