Dear Family,
Today I asked valar to prepare Ragi kali which is our Tamil traditional food was eaten by our elders to stay healthy and strong so valar prepared ragi flour from ragi millet and cooked Kali for our family
For side dish she asked me to bring some drumstick leaves so I went to our farm and got some fresh drumstick leaves and I helped her a bit
Finally after all preparation we tasted our authentic kali which tastes awesome
In olden days my grandmother use to say, she had more kali in her childhood days so she stayed healthy and lived a long life, suddenly I got this in my mind and wanted to share with you because if my grandma didn’t say these words to me I might missed our Tamil tradition food that’s y I am sharing this to you all, try to have kali once in a week & don’t forget to tell your kids about this fantastic food

The smoke emitted in our busy traffic every day is the most dangerous smoke but we dont give up on vehicles and traffics.... By the way firewood smoke, cowdung cake smoke are not harmful... They have been used since ages till recently.... Its just a wrong information..

As a child this is how I grew up. My mom and nana his sister all used okree moosar and all earthen and bras utensils some enamel too and all spices were done from beginning nothing ready made were used. I absolutely love these vdos my ancestors were from India came in the Caribbean but brought all the traditional ways. So I grew up like this but now life is bz. I really remembered the child hood days. I will show my mom these vdos she is 78 she will adore u guys. And this couple is so young and beautiful. She is pretty he is handsome kid is super nice. I don't know if u guys live in that house or just cook there but it's so absolutely wonderful. My indian heritage. Blessings from Trinidad and Tobago West Indies. Proud to have my grandparents from india.

They focus only the kitchen, maybe it's a set. I think This channel is fully inspired from a famous Srilankan KZfaq channel named "Traditional me". Good cinematography skills though a new channel.
