I like seeing all the vendors out and about doing their thing. I like seeing you guys out, munching and doing your thing. But my western tastebuds would be hesitant to even try bbq pork lung. I’ll have the nachos and burrito 🌯, gracias…… and a buco juice…..

It is always fun for Dazel and I to hangout at the Capitol area of Kalibo; just like we did for 4 years of college. The pork lung would be a challenge for you to eat I think because of the texture; chewy. Plenty of Filipino snacks like fried bananas or steamed pork buns that I think you would like better. Buko juice for sure! 😀

There must be each students favourite meal to find on that food market - definitely better than a McDonald or Jollibee
@dazeltv1351 Жыл бұрын
Yes, we all had our favourites. Dazel’s favourite was “baga” (pork lung) and mine was banana-que (fried plantains with brown sugar).

Hi guys! Enjoy your videos!!. You know the other day you were somewhere trying to decide between a hotdogs and something else. One was 2 dollars the other was 3 dollars. I was screaming get both Gino. It's so cheap! Same thing at the Mexican food cart. Ha! Take care!

I was trying to decide whether to get the Sciracha chicken wings or the hotdog wrapped in bacon. 😀 I went with the hotdog! Take care our friend!

@@dazeltv1351 Few things are tastier than a bacon-wrapped hotdog and a fire-roasted Jalapeno pepper from a street vendor.
@dazeltv1351 Жыл бұрын
@@horacesubayar794 I couldn’t pass up the bacon-wrapped hotdog. It was an American-type hotdog too! I haven’t tried a fire-roasted jalapeño; but I did get jalapeño cheese sticks at S&R. Dazel will tell you; I like anything with jalapeños! 😀

Hi guys, What a great day you had with all the vendors available especially getting your Mexican food fix. Ginno, how do you compare the Mexican food there to the US? Continue to enjoy the good times our friends.

Mexican food in the Philippines lacks the spices (cumin, cloves, coriander, etc.); tends to be bland. The fresh salsa they make and sometimes jalapeño helps; but nothing like the Mexican food we get in the U.S. I lived in San Antonio, Texas for 4 years; some of the best Mexican food I ever had.
@horacesubayar794 Жыл бұрын
Small world again Ginno, I still have family in New Braunsfield and we always traveled to San Antonio for the good Texmex food.
@dazeltv1351 Жыл бұрын
@Horace Subayar It really is a small world. I worked at Brooks Air Force Base on the south side of San Antonio. All our going-away luncheons were always held down at the Riverwalk; good Tex-Mex restaurants.

We both graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Our classes in college involved a lot of Math, Sciences, and Computer Programming.

Would you say that is the best place for Mexican food in Kalibo? :)
@dazeltv13517 ай бұрын
There really isn’t a Mexican restaurant that I know of in Kalibo. This cart is about the closest to anything Mexican food in Kalibo. It’s nothing close to the taste of Mexican food in the U.S.; but for the price it is decent. Dazel and I ate at Taco Loco in Boracay (opened recently) and really liked their chicken pesto taco and shredded beef taco.

Good morning good morning good morning! I can’t believe your gas is so expensive now in Colorado even down in Colorado Springs or in Denver we are paying about three dollars a gallon for gasoline some stations are higher is because they go through less volume and saw their inventory is priced higher but the Costco and busy gas stations are all down around three dollars now
@dazeltv1351 Жыл бұрын
We can only dream of paying $3 per gallon. Our car at least gets good gas mileage; 50 miles to the gallon. We own a 2019 Toyota Wigo; 3-cyclinder car. 😀
