This man is escaping from his duty. First it's an insult to him. He holds more responsibility as an MLA of his constitute. As a winning MLA of that area he must have had a big group of people following him. He could have gathered all and brought this problem to notice before this incident. It seams he got the first cutting from the culprit. DMK has also made a big fault and is there duty and responsibility.
