Sir I made this today and had it with hot ghee rice, pickle and fried appalam. So delicious!! No need to make separate vegetable curry either since we have so many vegetables in the sambar itself. It was a lot of work to make this but it tasted amazing. I made lots so I can store it and have it tomorrow too. My parents loved it too. I used more coconut since it will taste better and thicker. I also used more vegetables and doubled the sambar quantity.

I tried this sambar ,came out very well,did exact same way . Quantity was Little high when finished,nearly 10 people can have it . Next time I shd reduce the quantity used. Very yummy,tasty,loved it . Thank you so much forthis mouth watering sambar
