Good interview Brian, a big guest for you this one especially with you being a big fight fan. I'd love to see you get some more boxers and mma stars on your podcast, nothing against Lawrence but prefer these without him as he's not much of a fight fan really.

Yup, so many of us need awakening. It is indeed something I notice with myself and other young men. The times are soft and we suffer and get lost in life so easily. Important to find a balance also. Make sure you also find time to be kind to yourself as otherwise the rest of it is pointless. Don’t work away if you don’t feel the benefits of it. By all means, strive for a purpose but don’t get sucked into the mentality that you have to work tirelessly your whole life - it depends how steep your ambitions are but it is a mentality that I have seen wreck a lot of people.

I've been watching Kamaru since his debut , and damn , I'm really proud of where he has come now. This was a great podcast. Only blemish was saying that Colby beats prime GSP. GSP has the highest fight IQ , smartest training regimen and insane mindset. Greatest jab in the sport , ragdolls elite wrestlers. I have been watching MMA since I was 8 , and he is the greatest the sport has ever seen , period. GSP would be Kamaru's greatest ever challenge , and I wouldn't put it past either of them to beat the other.

The questions and the pace where perfectly paced! I really felt the true human contention between you too, and that’s important when it comes to conveying someone’s story! I appreciated kamaru before this interview, now after I am a genuine fan! He is such a beautifully genuine person! I wish him the best in life 🙏 And to you Brian, well done!!
