Last year, I made a Giratina remix, and I wasn't very proud of it. So I decided to give it another try. This time I went for a more original approach instead of just doing a remaster of the OST.
Giratina's theme is very dissonant, meaning harmony isn't the main focus of the song. It might sound like random notes being thrown together but that's the point. The song is supposed to represent fear and disorder. Though I decided to give it a different direction with this remix. I hope you enjoy!

1:25 I've always thought of this part of the song being the point in the battle where giratina suddenly disappears, leaving you tense and high strung as it stalks you from the shadows when, suddenly, you see a dark wispy blur in the corner of your eye streaking towards you, harsh bright eyes glaring into your soul, leaving you with hardly a second to brace for the incoming shadow force

Always thought Giratina's theme was just supposed to be a chaotic combination of discordant notes and sound effects to represent the chaos that is the ghost Dragon. And while you have definitely kept that idea, you've made it a much more melodic piece. Absolutely love this rendition!

I remember the last Giratina mix you made, I wasn't disappointed, it wasn't what I expected. But this sounds a lot more like if the song was actually remade. I love the organ(?) playing in the background, it really adds to the song. Great work, it really fits the atmosphere Giratina brings with it.

Okay, this is amazing. I love the chill piano so, so much. The organ is amazing too, and the variation you put on it is wonderful. Excellent work, man! I have no clue why people are so fixated on the art, because I think it looks fine? I mean the song is what really matters, but I seriously have no freaking idea why people are being so hateful about that when it's such a small element of the video. Ya'll need to chill.

Griratina is my #1 fav. legendary and his theme is a 1 of a kind XD so unique. I like the style that you gave his remix, giving it this haunting theme, fitting his title of being a ghost type as well XD so awesome job with his remix XD

Well damn I... I... Platinum was my first video game, not just my first pokemon game. And still one of my favorites. To be honest, I want a remake a of platinum so bad, but from the pattern of these remakes, it seems that there won't be one. Fortunately, their will be some sort of episode. Sorry for rambling, I was just going to say that it was a fantastic remix, and I want to thank you.

I would suggest adding more intense burst into the rest of the song if your going to hold the into of the song for 12 measures, repeat with some new sounds etc.

Who cares about the art when you're looking at another tab while listening to this on several loops. :P Anyway, it hadn't hit me before, but I think you've answered your question of "am I really remixing or just transcribing music", but I don't remember how long ago that was, so I'm probably slow. Nonetheless, that's a lot of improvement in one year. Or at least that's how I see it.

Giratinas theme is a hard one to remix so is gen 5 minor legendary because they are already 99.9% perfect while slowing down gen 5 minor legend is actually really nice it still doesn't raise %.
