I wish the thunder sounded like this in my Minecraft world. All I get is a loud clack that makes me shit mysself. What kind of mod do you use to get the realistic thunder sound and wind sound? Or is it just an added noise in the video?

To disable fall damage, you need to write this command: /gamerule falldamage false
