● Butter or Margarine ( 1 tbsp )
● Condensed milk ( 300ml )
● Sugar ( 3/4 cup )
● Water ( 3/4 cup ) + 3 tbsps
● Cornstarch ( 3 tbsps )
● Grated Cheese ( for toppings )
