Let's take a moment to appreciate the random Japanese business man that tried his best to stay out of the way but ended up being included in this moment. He had a heck of a story to tell at the office the next day!

In a world full of bad things happening and bad people everywhere, it's these small gestures that continue to give me hope that goodness is not yet extinct. It's "just" a visit to a bar, but Asuka has likely given Mama-san one of the most beautiful days of her life and a memory that she will cherish forever. And you can see in Asuka's expression how deeply Mama-san's joy touches her and how happy she is to be able to bring her such joy.
