INGREDIENTS:
6 boiled eggs
Salt
pic of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
2-4 tbsp oil
2-3 green cardamom
3-4 cloves/laung
a piece of cinnamon/dalchini
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
2 dried red chillies
1-2 green chillies
2 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste or crushed
Turmeric powder
1tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
1-2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin powder
4 tomatoes puree
1-2 tbsp besan /gram flour
2 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
Fresh coriander
