Обратите внимание на хозяйна когда дочка ему то есть отцу протягивает хлеб то он говорит дочке дай еми,еми в переводе означает дядя со стороны отца. Это говорит о его воспитанности и гостеприимстве. Таким образом он воспитывает свою дочь и проявляет глубокое уважение гостью. У нас на Кавказе принято так. Здоровье тебе брат и твоей семье за такие ролики и такое уважение гостью.
