This is not a correct way to mix flour in chicken First you have to flour twice in water, then you have to stir lightly the chicken

The fresh nutmeg is a nice addition. Goes really well with chicken. I like to use Hungarian paprika in my fried chicken. That has to be delicious. Falls right off the bone.

As always, I enjoyed your video. But I have to say, coming from the American South (US), ketchup on fried chicken is almost sacrilege . And no matter what you cook or how you cook it, your daughter steals the show.
