The Crows storyline in the show is a huge meme compared to the S&B part and Jesper was seriously the biggest part of the meme. Like, he needed an emotional support animal to cross the Fold, he then gave away that goat and then pined over it while Kaz and Inej were risking their lives in The Little Palace, hooked up with a stable hand to get a carriage and then literally saw Alina kidnap herself. In conclusion, Jesper is the biggest meme in S&B and no one can convince me otherwise.

Not gonna lie: The Crows actually made the show for me. I DNF'd the trilogy and haven't read the Six of Crows books yet, but I probably wouldn't have watched the show if it was just the Shadow and Bone trilogy adaptation.
