Jonathan Majors' lawyer has sating they are optimistic will work in the film industry again "soon" but does that mean he could return as Kang the Conqueror in the MCU for the next Avengers film? Marvel Studios has already begun their search to recast Kang the Conqueror but Jonathan Majors is planning to appeal the courts decision, could this mean he could return? Or is it too late for Jonathan Majors to remain Kang and Marvel has already moved on?

RDJ actually wore the orange jumpsuit back in the day, he was a drug addict and would get in trouble with the law all the time. This is all before he was Ironman though. By the mid 00s he had completely cleaned up his act, and Marvel almost hard passed on him. Favreau single handedly convinced execs and got him that shot. I don't think anyone within Marvel's willing to vouch for Majors like that, unfortunately.

However I'm sure that incident wasn't the first time he realized that this woman was just a tad bit coo-coo for cocoa puffs. He admitted in the GMA interview he should have removed himself from the relationship prior to the incident. In the end on how the plot goes with He Who Remains, it could always be that it's Jonathan Majors and he only has to show up at the very end again. Anything in between is just that, inconsequential as Major's version of Kang will always end up being the last anyway.

A pretty good outcome for Majors. I don't expect Marvel to recast him right away and considering they're slowing down on content I highly doubt Avengers 5 will go into production next year. They could probably wait for his counseling results and then decide whether or not to rehire him. Although I definitely want Majors back as Kang. Everything that he went through so far was so not deserved. Jabbari basically used him as a chess piece to mess up his career. I've said it before I'll say it again, HE'S 100% INNOCENT and now he needs his redemption.

A petty probation sentence. He was found guilty of third degree assault and second degree harassment. He has to complete 1 year dv intervention program and continue mental health therapy.

If Majors wants his career back, he needs to do some indy films that will allow him to show his range as an actor. If he proves to be a great actor, the awards will come, and so will the big roles. This could be a good thing if he plays his cards right.

I think the fans should have a choice on whether Jonathan Majors is re-casted or not, especially if he fights the conclusion and wins the appeal on the case and gets non-criminal charges, which is very possible because the judge seems like a clown and wasn’t doing much to prove whether or not he was guilty or not, I think it could’ve gone both ways so I feel like should be back as kang
