I will be honest as Troy's Kanji is better and best than Matthew's Kanji because Troy's voice is perfect for being a match with Kanji's trait as perfect outlaw to scare enemies enough to run away but Matthew's Kanji is not best one due to his sound like a bad cop Stryker who is not strong as scare low-level criminal, cowards and sneaky people but not scary enough for scaring those high level, brave one and more can able fight him back despite he is okay voice.
